Our totally flexible solution means that rather than just buying a standard kit from one of the bigger garden room or shed suppliers, we tailor every aspect of the project to your specific wishes…

Size. Discuss with us what you want your garden room to do for you, and we’ll advise you on how much space you’ll need, and where it would best be located on your property

Design. We’ll advise you on layout options (both internal and external), doors, security, and the services you might need

Materials. The type and quality of the materials we use will affect the looks and durability of your garden room. We offer a wide range of alternatives from budget to luxury

Skills. We provide all the relevant trade skills needed (joinery, electrics, plumbing, roofing, brickwork, glazing, building regs etc)

Scope. We can provide an external build only if you fancy tackling the internal work yourself… Or we can offer top quality installation both external and internal. This includes fully signed-off electrics, plumbing, plastering, walls with plasterboard or internal cladding.

Project management. If you want us to, we’ll take charge of all aspects of your project for complete peace of mind. We’ll do our best to fit in with your preferred timelines, and deliver everything on time and to budget without you needing to lift a finger! Or you can arrange things yourself – it’s entirely up to you.
Pricing Policy
We are able to offer you lower prices and higher value because we really enjoy what we do, and are not under any great pressure to ruthlessly maximise the margins we could make. That might sound very worthy and even commercially naïve, but it’s absolutely true. Look around the internet and you’ll soon appreciate that garden rooms are currently a ‘sexy sector’, and retailers are jumping on the bandwagon to squeeze every last £ out of those of us who want one.

In our direct experience we’ve looked at many projects locally and realise that we can match and usually better them for quality and service while charging lower prices… and still make it worth our while financially.
